Purpose and access
Life OS is a private, single-user personal productivity application. It is built for and operated by its owner and is not offered as a public, commercial or multi-tenant service. Access is restricted to an approved Google account.
Authorised use
The application may be used to manage personal and business information, including tasks, calendars, documents, projects, communications, contacts and finance records. Access must not be shared, resold, sublicensed or used to interfere with the application or connected services.
Connected services
Life OS depends on third-party services including Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail and Contacts, as well as approved AI providers. Those services remain subject to their own terms, availability and account controls. Permission to a connected service can be revoked at any time.
AI-generated output
Summaries, classifications, suggested actions and other AI-generated material may be incomplete or incorrect. Important operational, legal, financial or personal decisions should be reviewed by the owner before action is taken. Life OS is designed to keep meaningful actions approval-first.
Availability and changes
Life OS is provided as a private working system and may change, pause or become unavailable while integrations, infrastructure or features are maintained. No guarantee is made that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Data and ownership
The owner retains ownership and control of their content. Workspace information is stored primarily in the owner’s Google account and is handled in accordance with the Life OS Privacy Policy. The Life OS name, interface and application code remain the property of their respective owner.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Life OS is provided “as is” for personal operational use. The owner remains responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining account security and keeping any backups appropriate to the importance of the information involved.
These terms may be updated as Life OS evolves. Questions can be sent to adriandesilva3@gmail.com.
